ResQVision exists to solve a simple but devastating problem: too many people drown when no one is watching.

Our story began at Bondi Beach. One evening, while attending a birthday event, our founder Alex was on the balcony of the Bondi Pavilion with a group of off-duty lifesavers. Just beyond the shoreline, three teenagers were caught in a rip current. There were no patrols, no flags, and no one noticed. For over 30 minutes, they fought to stay afloat. One was rescued unconscious.

They were only metres from help, but no one saw them.

That night exposed a gap in beach safety that couldn’t be ignored. Emergencies don’t follow patrol hours. And when there are no trained eyes on the ocean, lives are at risk.

ResQVision was created to fill that gap.

We’re building AI-powered systems that detect rip currents, track people in the water, and alert first responders, even when no one is actively watching. Our mission is simple: eliminate preventable drownings by combining real-time monitoring with cutting-edge technology.

We believe that safety shouldn’t end when the flags come down. Whether it’s a remote beach, a busy tourist spot, or after hours on a summer evening, ResQVision is there to watch when others can’t.
